Beginning Technique for Seeing Auras

Every living being transmits and signals an energy field, known as an aura. Auras can be perceived visually or as a physical sensation. Auras can appear in a variety of colors that reflect an individual’s personality, health, emotional state, and immediate future. Anyone has the ability to see auras, but it takes some practice.

Novices should practice by looking at their own hands or another person against a white background. The surrounding environment should be relaxing and distraction-free. If the eyes are focused softly, a hazy wave will eventually appear around the hand or the other person’s body. With continued practice, the perceiver will be able to view the aura and its colors more strongly with less effort.
